Register with a valid email address. Only registered Users can message Experts.
Search for the service you need
Type what you are looking for into the search bar, or browse by category.
Compare Experts and choose a listing
Check profiles, prices, ratings and reviews, then pick the listing that suits you.
Request a time or ask a question
Open Make a request on the service page. Choose Request a time to select a day or available slot, or Ask a question if you want to settle details first. The Expert can accept, propose another time or decline; you can reply in the request’s conversation. Nothing is booked until both sides agree.
Receive the service and pay the Expert
You meet at the agreed time and place and pay the Expert directly, outside Wizpex. Afterwards you can leave a rating and review.
Become an Expert
Register and choose “I am an Expert” — you’ll need your name and a phone number. Already have a customer account? Switch any time with “Become an Expert” in your profile overview.
Set up your Expert profile
Add your profile picture, Expert name, address, working hours and a banner (1400×300 pixels). Verify your phone number by SMS — services cannot be published until you do.
Create your service listing
Describe the service, set a starting price, choose a category and the regions you cover. You can have up to three active listings at a time.
Wait for approval, then respond to requests
Wizpex staff review listings in the order received — anywhere from minutes to several days depending on workload. Once published, Customers can ask a question or request a time. Requests appear under Bookings, where you can accept the requested time, propose another time or decline, and use the request’s conversation to settle the details.
Deliver the service and get paid
You provide the service at the agreed time and place, and the Customer pays you directly. Wizpex is not part of the payment.
What Wizpex does and doesn’t do
Every Expert is phone-verified
Experts must verify their phone number by SMS before any service of theirs can be published. Verification confirms who someone is — it does not check their skills or the quality of their work.
No commission, no middleman
You agree the price directly with the Expert and pay them directly. Wizpex does not process payments and takes no cut.
Ratings and reviews
Users who have dealt with an Expert can rate and review them, so you can see other people’s experience before you get in touch.
Common questions
Is Wizpex free?
Yes. The platform is free for advertising services, and free for Users to search and message Experts. Wizpex takes no commission on any job.
How do I pay for a service?
You pay the Expert directly, on whatever terms the two of you agreed in chat. Payments do not go through Wizpex.
Can I be a User and an Expert at the same time?
Yes. One account covers both — you add an Expert profile from “Become an Expert” in your profile overview, and you can switch back at any time.
