Guidelines for Safe and Effective Communication Between Clients and Experts on Wizpex

We believe that Wizpex should be a place where Customers and Masters easily find each other and communicate without stress or misunderstanding.
To keep interactions productive and comfortable, it is important to follow a few simple principles: respect, politeness, punctuality, clear communication, and mutual trust.

Below are recommendations that help Customers and Masters agree quickly and avoid unpleasant situations.

How to Arrange an Appointment (Chat Instructions)

CUSTOMER

  • Message the selected Master.

  • Briefly describe your task and ask for the price.

  • Offer several possible time slots.

  • Agree on the meeting location.

  • Ask whether you need to prepare anything at home beforehand.

  • Mention if there are children or pets at home.

  • Exchange phone numbers, confirm address and directions.

  • Agree on the payment method and request a receipt or contract if needed.

  • For cash payments, prepare small bills.

  • For safety, you may ask the Master to show ID or documents.

  • Ask questions if anything is unclear.

MASTER (VENDOR)

  • Clarify what service the Customer needs.

  • Explain your work process and share your price list.

  • Suggest your available time slots.

  • Confirm the meeting location.

  • Ask whether necessary conditions are available (light, water access, space, etc.).

  • Ask if there will be children or pets at home.

  • Exchange phone numbers and confirm the address.

  • Provide or prepare a contract or receipt.

  • For large jobs, you may request a deposit.

  • For safety, you can tell a friend or family member the work address.

  • Ask questions if something is unclear or seems inconsistent.

Preparing for the Visit at Home

CUSTOMER

  • Prepare the area according to the Master’s guidelines.

  • Inform a friend or family member about the appointment and the Master’s name.

  • Remove rugs, free up space, ensure good lighting.

  • Warn about pets or children in the home.

MASTER (VENDOR)

  • Bring indoor shoe covers or changeable shoes if required.

  • Make sure your tools and materials are ready.

  • Ask for permission before entering the home in shoes (if necessary for the job).

  • Bring water or snacks for long work sessions.

  • Bring contracts, receipts, and documents.

  • For safety, tell someone the address and expected completion time.

During the Appointment

CUSTOMER

  • Ask questions if something is unclear.

  • Take photos of the finished work.

  • Be understanding if unexpected issues arise.

MASTER (VENDOR)

  • Provide warranty or a clear contract when possible.

  • Explain if additional time or materials are needed.

  • Acknowledge mistakes honestly and offer solutions.

  • Keep the workspace clean when finishing.

  • Take photos of the completed work.

After the Service

CUSTOMER

  • Share your honest feedback.

  • Leave a fair review.

MASTER (VENDOR)

  • Ask the Customer for feedback.

  • Respect the Customer requests.

  • Messaging the Customer later to check if everything still works well shows professionalism.

Important Note

  • If a complaint is received about unprofessional service, the Master’s service card or account may be removed.

  • If a complaint is received about inappropriate Customer behavior, the Customer's account may also be removed.

  • Wizpex is not responsible for the agreements made between Customers and Masters or for the behavior of either party.
